Before you leave, your Registered Massage Therapist will review their findings and provide any recommendations, including home care or exercises, to support your recovery and wellness.

While your first appointment includes a comprehensive assessment, every follow-up begins with a brief review of your progress, any changes in your health, and your treatment goals. This allows us to tailor each treatment to how you're feeling today, not how you felt at your last visit.
