Your experience includes a nourishing warm coconut oil scalp massage, a comprehensive facial massage, and steamed towels for the face infused with eucalyptus essential oil followed by a focused massage to the neck and shoulders.

Pre/Post-Natal Massage Therapy
Pre/Post-Natal Massage Therapy:
Designed for patients in any trimester of their pregnancy or post-pregnancy, this treatment can combine the use of both a massage table and a seated massage chair, providing comfortable, safe and accessible positioning options for the mother-to- be or new mother. A medical gown is provided for the seated massage portion to ensure privacy.​

Designed for fathers on parental leave, this treatment helps relieve the physical demands of caring for a new baby. Therapeutic massage targets common areas of tension, including the neck, shoulders, wrists, forearms, hips, and lower back, while mindfulness techniques encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation. Personalized home exercises and ergonomic tips are provided to help you move comfortably and feel your best between treatments.
