We take all reasonable measures to safeguard personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration and safeguard under the legislation of PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act) and PIPEDA (The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

Encryption and Secure Data Transfer

Anytime a practitioner transfers data from a computer to Jane App (the online platform for LiNK Massage Therapy & Wellness Hub), the information is encrypted with the same level of security as your bank uses to transfer information. In addition, all patient data is stored in encrypted data volumes on Jane App servers.

Clinic Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Your first late cancellation or missed appointment will be waived as a one-time courtesy. Any subsequent late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee. Outstanding fees must be paid before your next appointment.

Illness Policy

If you are feeling unwell or may be contagious, please contact us to reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better and are no longer likely to spread illness. This helps us protect our patients, practitioners and clinic community.

Our regular cancellation policy may apply to appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment will be provided during the remaining scheduled time and will still end at the original appointment end time. The full fee for the appointment booked will apply.

This ensures that following patients receive their full appointment time and that our practitioners can remain on schedule.

Direct Billing

LiNK offers direct billing to most participating insurance providers when available. Patient consent and all required insurance information must be received before a claim can be submitted. Insurance documents may be uploaded securely through your Jane patient account.

Direct billing is offered as a convenience and does not guarantee that your insurer will pay the claim. Patients remain responsible for any portion not covered or paid by their insurance provider.
